Some of you may remember that my mom (she of the purple hair and homemade cinnamon rolls) is an avid globetrotter and advocate of traveling light (she even wrote a short book about it—read on if you’re interested). Here are a few pictures of her latest adventure in Africa, including a few from her tented camp with resident (are those warthogs?) and Victoria Falls. I’m living vicariously! And yes, that is the only luggage she took with her for 18 days on the move.
